Data we process

Riviera Elite Driver processes the information necessary to calculate a journey, create and manage a booking, communicate with the client, process payments, issue booking documents and meet legal obligations. This can include contact details, journey details, passenger information and technical security data.

Payment data

Card details are handled by Stripe through its secure payment components. Riviera Elite Driver does not store full payment card data.

Location data

Pickup and drop-off searches use Google Places/Maps services. The booking system stores the selected place identifiers and the information required to calculate and fulfil the journey.

Purpose and minimisation

Personal data is used only for booking execution, customer service, fraud and security protection, accounting/legal obligations and service reliability. We do not place personal booking data in public URLs, analytics metrics or technical error reports.

Retention

Retention periods depend on the nature of the data and applicable French legal/accounting obligations. Operational data that is no longer required is archived or deleted according to the retention policy.

Recipients

Access is limited to Riviera Elite Driver and service providers needed to fulfil the booking, such as payment, mapping, hosting and email providers, under appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

Cookies and local storage

The site may use strictly necessary browser storage for language, booking continuity and security. Any non-essential analytics or advertising technology must be subject to the consent rules applicable at the time it is enabled.
