Time to breathe, on board
In March, mornings are still crisp and afternoons already mild: the climate control keeps the temperature just right. The onboard refrigerator offers cold water whenever you want it, Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and a charger is ready for your phone.
After you collect your bags, your chauffeur handles them, to the hotel and back. Champagne is available on request, at an extra charge.

MIPIM does not fit in one building: its meetings spill out of the Palais into the harbor and other venues across Cannes.
Stages, pavilions and summits
Several stages, pavilions for cities and regions, themed summits: the agenda covers investment, housing and the city of tomorrow. You are dropped at the entrance, and your chauffeur returns at your signal.
The yachts of the Vieux Port
Opposite the Palais, yachts fill the Vieux Port, and clients and partners are entertained on board. Several yachts already call on us all year round: your chauffeur stops a few steps from the quay and waits for what comes next.
The MIPIM Awards
Presented since 1991, they honor real estate projects from around the world, chosen by a jury and by attendees. The ceremony takes place at the Palais, and your ride is ready as soon as it ends.

When is MIPIM?
Every March since 1990, at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes and in several venues around town.
Can we be driven to the yachts at the port?
Yes, at the Vieux Port and at Port Canto alike. You go on board; your chauffeur stays close by, or comes back when you send word, even well past midnight.
Do you have enough vehicles for a delegation?
Yes. We decide the number of vehicles with you, based on the size of your delegation, and a single contact coordinates every chauffeur, reachable at any hour.
Isn’t a taxi enough during MIPIM?
Not if your time matters: at the airport you queue for a taxi, while a private chauffeur meets you at arrivals with a tablet that reads your name. Suit and tie, a brand-new Mercedes-Benz of the latest generation, and at your disposal all week.

Valentin plans your MIPIM week
Valentin Sassi founded Riviera Elite Driver in 2016, after a career in tourism and luxury hospitality on the French Riviera. In the five-star hotels and Palaces of Cannes, he learned what great hospitality demands: attention to detail, discretion and the art of anticipation. These qualities have become his signature.
At first the only one behind the wheel, he earned the trust of hotels, partners and loyal clients, then brought together a team of professional chauffeurs who share his vision of the craft.
Since 2023, he has devoted himself entirely to his clients: he personally organizes every journey and coordinates your chauffeurs.
