The E-Class is well suited to airport transfers and executive travel, the V-Class gives families, crews and groups generous space for passengers and luggage, and the S-Class is our reference for the most discreet rear-seat experience. Every vehicle is prepared before service, and several vehicles can be coordinated when one is not enough.
Before pickup, the mission details are checked and the Mercedes-Benz cabin is prepared: temperature set, chilled water ready and charging options available. The objective is simple — the journey should feel composed from the moment the door opens.
Door assistance and luggage handling are part of the service. Champagne and other drinks can be arranged on request, while baby seats, child seats and boosters are available with advance notice.
A smooth airport pickup is mostly decided before landing. The right terminal, live flight status, exact passenger and luggage count, contact channel and onward programme allow the chauffeur and vehicle to be positioned correctly.
Airlines are distributed between T1 and T2. The mission uses the terminal associated with the flight and adjusts when operational information changes.
