The highway, or along the sea
The highway remains the fastest way, at about an hour. With time to spare, ask for the coastal route instead: through Antibes, then Nice’s Promenade des Anglais and the Basse Corniche, it hugs the Mediterranean almost all the way, though the drive takes much longer.
CANNES – MONACO PRIVATE CHAUFFEUR
One way, or a day split between both cities
One way or round trip, the transfer links your departure address and your destination by private car, with the fare set in advance. If you are coming back the same day, keep your chauffeur instead: available between your meetings, and ready to head back whenever you choose.

Wi-Fi turns the drive into working time, a charger keeps your phone going, and the cabin was set to the right temperature before you got in. The water is cold, thanks to the onboard refrigerator: for an hour’s drive, it is practically an office.
Suitcases and shopping bags are loaded into the trunk for you. Ask for champagne if you like, billed separately; for children, a suitable seat is fitted in advance.

Any questions about traveling between Cannes and Monaco?
What travel time should we expect between Cannes and Monaco?
About an hour on the highway. In the morning and late afternoon, traffic builds up around Nice; during the Festival, the Grand Prix or the boat shows, it is best to allow more time. Whatever the traffic, the fare is the one you booked.
Can you stop at Nice Airport on the way?
Yes: it is right on your route, roughly halfway. Let us know at booking who should be dropped off or met, and the flight time: your chauffeur builds in the stop, then continues to Cannes or Monaco.
What if we come back the same evening?
Then hourly service is the way to go: one chauffeur for the outbound trip, the wait during your meetings and the ride back. For two rides at set times with no waiting in between, two transfers are enough.
Cannes to Monaco: why not just take a taxi?
A taxi means heading to the stand, sometimes waiting there, and paying for each ride on its own. Book a private chauffeur and everything is arranged ahead, at a set price: your chauffeur, in a suit and tie, meets you outside your hotel and drives you in a brand-new, latest-generation Mercedes-Benz, then brings you back in the evening if you wish.
