At the end of Cap-Ferrat, the Grand-Hôtel looks out over the Mediterranean from a park of pines and palms. To get there with nothing on your mind, leave it to your private driver: allow about 45 minutes between the Nice terminal and the hotel’s driveway.

Scheduled flights and private jets alike land in Nice; the jets pull up at the terminal reserved for business aviation. What your chauffeur follows is the actual landing, never the timetable.

Since 1908
A century on the Cap
Built in 1908 for a wealthy clientele, the Grand-Hôtel housed the crew of Pabst’s Don Quixote in 1933, filmed on the Cap’s heathland. The Riviera’s first palace hotel in 2011, it has belonged to Four Seasons since 2015.

Getting to the Grand-Hôtel: a question?
Is the drive from the airport long?
Around 45 minutes, longer when the coast road is busy, especially in summer. For your departure, we work out together, based on your flight, when to leave the hotel.
An evening in Monaco: is that possible?
Of course: booked for the night out, your chauffeur stays nearby until dinner in Monte Carlo is over, and the evening ends at the Grand-Hôtel.
Can yacht guests be met as they come ashore?
Yes: once the captain confirms when the tender lands, in Villefranche or Saint-Jean, our chauffeurs wait on the quay and bring the guests up to the hotel.
To the Grand-Hôtel, will a taxi do?
A taxi from the airport only comes after a wait in the line. Booked ahead, your private chauffeur is on the lookout at arrivals, your name on display, suit and tie as standard; waiting outside for the drive to the hotel: a brand-new, latest-generation Mercedes-Benz.

Valentin Sassi founded Riviera Elite Driver in 2016, after a career in tourism and luxury hospitality on the French Riviera. In the five-star hotels and Palaces of Cannes, he learned what great hospitality demands: attention to detail, discretion and the art of anticipation. These qualities have become his signature.
At first the only one behind the wheel, he earned the trust of hotels, partners and loyal clients, then brought together a team of professional chauffeurs who share his vision of the craft.
